Refund Policy

At Mama Jo Yoga & Healing, we value your commitment to wellness and strive to provide the best experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any session or package.

1. Single Sessions

   • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at Mama Jo’s discretion.

2. Packages (6 or 10 Sessions)

   • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the sessions have been used.

   • Once sessions have commenced, refunds will not be issued. However, unused sessions may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

3. Workshops & Group Events

   • Cancellations made 72 hours prior are eligible for a full refund.

   • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future event.

4. Online Sessions

   • For online yoga or sound healing sessions, the same rules apply. In the event of technical issues on our end, you will receive either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

5. No-Show Policy

   • If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.
