Feel The Flow
Before I found Yoga, I felt a bit lost. I worked in the corporate world for a few years, but always had this feeling that something was missing. That changed when I discovered Yoga — and later, Sound Healing and energy therapy. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, and I knew I had found what I was meant to do. Today, I work as a certified Yoga teacher, Sound Healing Therapist, and energy practitioner. I create space for people to pause, breathe, and come back to themselves — gently and naturally.
